Creativity lives in you. We are all creative beings.

Creativity is the cornerstone of living a juicy life you love. It’s the sparkle to your glitter, whether or not you’re using actual glitter! Your essence. Your whole being. YOU ARE a creative being!

And before you try to argue with me, I’m going to put my foot down right now and tell you that YOU ARE a creative being, whether you realize it or not! You possess infinite amounts of creativity. And so do your kids, if you’ve got them. Seriously… Maya Angelou put it best:

You can’t “use up” creativity. The more you use, the more you have.

Once you learn to embrace your ability to express your creativity, you’ll then treasure the creative being that you were born to be. I promise, with my whole heart!

Creativity is part of what makes us humans, these unique problem-solvers who possess the ability to drive change, motivate and inspire others, and make life that much more bearable for ourselves and others.

Doing something creative has been proven to have an instant boost of positivity in ourselves. You don’t need to be an artist or musician to live a creatively juicy life. But taking the time to just do something different and off-routine can be enough! Creativity comes in many forms because we humans have a neverending supply as long as we are sure to tap into it as often as possible.
